I do a lot of different training assignments, all from basic GMP training to advanced training for aseptic handling in very critical ATMP manufacturing situations. If the training objective is to have a yearly refresher or awareness training, I recommend a workshop. By using challenges and case-studies where the participants share experience and explore different perspectives, it is a very inspiring way to achieve the objective - to remain familiar with GMP and quality system requirements as well as bringing back ideas for continuous improvements after the training.
