Driven by a commitment to delivering safe, effective treatments to patients, she brings deep expertise across GMP, Quality Management Systems, Quality Control, risk management, and supplier management.
Sara excels at making quality practical—whether she is preparing organizations for inspections, streamlining processes, or solving complex operational challenges. She brings a positive, collaborative mindset that balances big-picture vision with hands-on problem-solving. A dedicated advocate for knowledge-sharing, Sara turns complex regulatory requirements into engaging, interactive learning experiences that blend theory with practical exercises.

Maria Axelsson Co-founder
Maria is passionate about turning quality and sustainability into real value within the Life Science industry. With 25 years of experience in regulated sectors—including over 15 years in management roles—she combines a strategic perspective with hands-on expertise to deliver efficient, compliant solutions tailored to your needs.
Her primary focus is quality management systems across Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, In Vitro Diagnostics, Cosmetics, and Food. Maria’s specialties include auditing (internal, supplier, and gap analyses), training, validations, deviation handling, change control, supplier management, and fostering a strong quality culture.
As a popular trainer, Maria brings creativity, energy, and engaging discussion to every session. Uniquely positioning her to support organizations where quality and sustainability go hand in hand, she integrates both fields seamlessly.

Marika Lundin Co-founder
Marika is a curious, collaborative, and solution-oriented expert with over 20 years of experience across the pharmaceutical industry, academia, research, and eQMS. She brings a strong track record as a Trainer, QA Manager (GMP/ATMP), Validation & Qualification Lead, Aseptic Assurance Lead, and Project Manager.
Whether you need support in GxP compliance, engaging training, quality assurance, qualification, or project management, Marika delivers both deep expertise and practical experience. A key strength is her risk-based mindset: she excels at identifying gaps and weak points in processes before they become problems, helping organizations minimize deviations, disruptions, and costly rework.

Lina Philipson Co-founder
Lina is one of the team’s most experienced auditors, combining strong integrity with a diplomatic, friendly approach. She always keeps patient safety in focus while balancing quality requirements with the realities of your organization.
With more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, pharma, biotech, and medical devices, she brings expertise in GMP, ATMP, GCP, ISO-based quality systems, validation, supplier management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
She is a driven person who has a high ambition to achieve goals and deliver good quality results with a joyful approach.
Outside work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, with the family dog always part of the plan. Sweden’s west coast, good food, exercise, and long dinners filled with stories and laughter are among her greatest sources of energy and inspiration.

Anna Lundén
Chairperson of the Board
Anna Lundén has more than 30 years of experience as trainer and consultant within the Life Science industry. She understands the kind of GMP and Quality system knowledge the industry require, both for persons employed in pharmaceutical and medical device companies and people in related industries, such as suppliers, contractors and consultants.
Besides being previous founder/owner of both Key2Compliance AB and SBQ Certification AB, she is the author of popular GMP/Quality System Handbooks and has developed unique learning concepts for interactive and engaged ways to enhance competence about quality systems and GMP.
She currently supports the Vera Team as Chair of the Board but also with support in the ongoing work to get the company successful and continue to be a source of inspiration and competence for both the team and for customers!
Besides supporting the team, she enjoys being "almost" retired, use sunny summer days for golfing and winter is made for cross-country skiing. And of course walking the dog in all kinds of weather.
